I provide individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. I also provide EAP-based counseling. I work with young adults and adults. I offer telehealth services to clients. The telehealth function in the platform that I am using is HIPAA compliant. 

My approach to individual therapy embraces modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Non-religious Spiritual Therapy, Mindfulness Training (i.e., practicing self-compassion, compassion, self-acceptance, acceptance, and gratitude, and cultivating a non-judgmental mind and a new beginner’s mind), Relaxation Training, Guided Imagery, and Neurolinguistic Programming. These modalities or approaches form an integration of body, mind, heart, and spirit to help achieve your inner equilibrium through the transformative process of self-discovery and by reconnecting to the self-knowledge and your authentic self.
